Order Fulfillment

You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days - this applies to all deliveries with United Parcel Service. Cricket's and Lotz of Shoes can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. All standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped, and of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Shipping

The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States (we do not ship to PO Boxes). For delivery outside the United States, the following charges will be added to the US rates: Mexico and Canada - an additional $35 per order; Outside North America - an additional $50 per order.

Return and Exchange Policy

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that do not fit or that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Cricket's and Lotz of Shoes within 14 days of the shipping date unworn, unused and in perfect condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
